Registration fee includes:
Regular and students: scientific sessions, posters, exhibition area, congress documents and book of program, coffees during breaks. Welcome reception (Sunday). Social programme (Wednesday).
Daily fee: scientific sessions, posters, exhibition area, congress documents, coffees during breaks. Social programme (Wednesday).
Accompanying persons: exhibition area and welcome reception (Sunday), social programme (Wednesday), coffees during brakes.
Invitation Letters:
In order to issue your invitation letter, please send the following details to ecoss33secretariat@regio10.hu:
- Name as it appears in your passport
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Passport country
- Date of expiry
You shall be registered for the congress in order to apply for the invitation letter.
Confirmation and invoices:
After sending your registration you will receive a confirmation via e-mail within 72 hours. If your registration fee and/or other expenses of your participation will be covered by a firm or sponsor, please kindly state the exact name and address of the company in your registration form (billing name, billing address, VAT number fields). Please note, that as per the new legislation of taxes in Hungary, you need to pay the tax of the food and bevarages services separately which the Congress Office will include in your participation fee and state on your invoice.
Payment options
Bank transfer:
After receiving your registration the Congress Office will send a prepayment request form within 72 hours via e-mail with an 8-day-payment deadline. Please note, we can only state the name of the bank account holder on the proforma invoices. If the name of the bank account holder is different from the name of the sponsor or representative who covers the expenses, the Congress Office will send the invoice with the name of the bank account holder to follow the Hungarian Accounting Rules. The Congress Office ask for your kind understanding on this matter. The Congress Office will send the final invoice after the event by regular post. The registration fee, the costs of the accommodation, the social programs and the excursions have to be paid latest until the date stated in your prepayment request form to the following bank account:

Please include your registration number you will recieve with registration confirmation letter in the comment field of the transaction.
Credit card:
After receiving your registration the Congress Office will send you the online payment link within 72 hours via e-mail with an 8-day-payment deadline. The Congress Office will issue the invoice for the billing name and address you have mentioned in your registration form. The Congress Office will send the final invoice after the event by regular post.
General information:
By clicking on “Finalize registration” on the conferene registration form page, you trigger an order that commits you to attend the conference and pay the registration fee. The registration will be completed once the payment is received. The payment must be received before the deadlines displayed to benefit from the early or regular fees. After receiving the payment we will send you an invoice within 15 days.
Cancellation and changes policy:
Please kindly note that we can accept amendments and cancellations only in written form by e-mail or official letter. Cancellation and amendments of registration before 20 July 2017 – 20% administration fee will be charged. Cancellation and amendments of registration after 20 July 2017 – 50% administration cost will be charged per each. In case of no show – no refund.
In case of double or other over payments we transfer the amount after the conference. Please note that we are not responsible for the caused bank transfer costs therefore we deduct it before fulfilling the transfer.
After finalizing your conference registration form and submitting your accommodation form there is a 20 EUR charge for any changes (e.g., in hotel reservation, social programmes, etc.) to the original registration as received by ‘Regio 10”, Ltd.
