WELCOME DRINK

TIK Building of the University of Szeged - address: 6722 Szeged, Ady square 10  / CONFERENCE SITE

On Sunday afternoon at 18:00 drinks and fingerfood will be served to the participants who registered before in the Congress Center (TIK Building) of the University of Szeged, which is the ECOSS-33 conference site.

ORGAN CONCERT 

(alternative ÓPUSZTASZER National Park)

6720 Szeged, Dóm square / Votive Church – Visitor center – Cathedral Restaurant

After the introduction of Dóm Cultural Center, the participants view the renewed and unic Organ of the Votive Curch and listen to the presentation of the marvellous sound of it in the frame of a short concert. The program closes with walking in the museum of the curch with drinks/fingerfoods.

ÓPUSZTASZER NATIONAL PARK

(alternative ORGAN CONCERT)         

30 August, 2017 / Wednesday at 17:00

(bus departure from the conference site - TIK Ady square 10.)

After 20 min. bus transport and arriving to the Ópusztaszer National Park, the guests will be divided in four groups and participate circulatedly in four different interesting programs of visiting (1) the beautiful rotunda  image; (2) the skanzen of local villages; (3) the panoptikum of centuries and (4) the show of nomads. During the program drinks and fingerfoods will be served. 

CONFERENCE DINNER

Tisza Hotel*** that is said to be the most elegant hotel of Szeged and its region, is situated on Széchenyi Square, the main square of the city. The elegant Concert Hall of the Hotel is a unique and representative venue which offers to make our gala dinner unforgettable. 

POST CONGRESS TOUR TO
BUDAPEST      

1-3 September, 2017 (participation fee: 250,- EUR)

Immediately after closing the ECOSS-33 conference, the participants of this tour will be transfered to Budapest. The travel from Szeged to Budapest takes 2 hours by bus. The capital of Hungary offers many interesting programs: sightseeing by bus - Pest area, visit the famous hungarian Parliament, lunch at Strudelhouse, visit to the Buda Castle, Matthias Church and Fisherman's Bastion by guided tour, Margit Island.
